What are the skills of the future?

So glad you asked! The most recent findings from the World Economic Forum show that, outside of technical skills, there are still a number of valuable skills with a growing demand in the workplace.

  • Cognitive Skills includes analytical, creative and systems thinking.

    Problem-solving using logic and analysis but taking that thinking forward to find creative solutions to resolve an issue, far outstrips that possible by a machine - and why these human skills are irreplaceable.
