A highly inclusive and interactive team challenge where small teams of 5-8 people are given a tricky build challenge and must cut through the complexity using creative problem solving, strategic thinking and cooperative dynamic teamwork.
Our competitive and authentic behaviours often emerge as teams compete against each other to build the fastest or in under 30 minutes.
Can be run by any facilitator or team coach.
Ideal for a cohort of 20 working in teams of 5. Max number per team - 7. Can run this challenge with multiple teams in a large event with several sets.
Train tracks takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
This is part of our ‘plug and Play’ range so it takes just 5 minutes to set up and explain to the participants. All components and instructions are included in the price with access to the online toolkit once purchased
Standard Loans are for 3 months, but can be extended at an agreed rate.
