Competition Terms and Conditions - Nov 2025
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who work in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields. Entries must be submitted on behalf of an individual, not an organisation.
2. How to Enter
To enter, submit a written story (maximum 50 words) that celebrates someone working in learning and development and encourages the development of others. Entries must be original and submitted via the official competition form by the stated deadline. Entries received in any other way will not be considered.
3. Entry Deadline
All entries must be received by Friday 28th November 2025 at 6pm (UK time) via the online form on the website. Late entries will not be considered.
4. Judging and Winner Selection
A panel of appointed judges will review all eligible entries. The winner will be selected based on creativity, emotional impact, and alignment with the theme. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prize
The winner will receive the cards and coaching session which must be taken with 3 months of the announcement. The winner will be notified by email. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Intellectual Property
By entering, you confirm that your submission is your own original work. You grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your entry (with credit) in promotional materials, online content, and future campaigns.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. General
The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time. By entering, you agree to these terms and confirm that your entry complies with them.
