Enigma

A curious, ambiguous challenge

Where teams of 5-8 people are thrown into uncertainty and ambiguity. The only way out of this challenge is to move towards clarity, not certainty.

More Than a Puzzle

Enigma offers a challenging experience where we get stuck in a loop of thinking, our confirmation biases are triggered, and we look for answers not next steps.

Skills we’ve seen developed

  • Comfort with ambiguity

  • Open-mindedness and cognitive flexibility

  • Curiosity and strategic thinking

  • Coaching skills, like leading with questions and active listening

  • Systems thinking

  • Failing fast
